What would it look like to lead with care, accountability, and restoration?
RJIOK’s Foundations Class returns this Spring 2026 to help you build the mindset, tools, and confidence to lead restoratively in any space. From schools and teams to families and systems.
The Foundations course is a 9-session cohort-style training that explores our unique leadership model. This course is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about seeing healing and transformation in themselves and their community. Participants will be given the opportunity to deeply reflect on their values, learn what's needed to foster healthy community, be able to address harm, conflict, and differences in non-shaming ways, and discover the impact of restorative healing circles.
Each class is 3 hours. Between sessions, participants are paired with a partner to review and discuss the material further to deepen their learning. We ask that individuals commit to making all 9 sessions. If a participant misses a session there will be opportunity to make up the content with a facilitator outside of class hours.
Cost $900 (Scholarships and payment arrangements are available.)
